To secure your appointment, a credit card is required for reservation. Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within this timeframe will incur a fee of 100% of the reserved services. No-shows will be charged 100% of the reserved services.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust your services to fit the remaining time. To ensure you receive the best experience, we kindly ask that you arrive on time.
